Please, remember that all the documents should be translated into English as it is the working language of the Consortium.

The application submission system will require all applicants to upload the following documents:

- A scan of the applicants passport
- Proof that the applicant is registered at an institution as a student or staff member
- A motivation statement
- A 12 Month Declaration Form
- CV/Resume
- Language certification
- A 2nd Scholarship Form


Undergraduate and Masters applicants will be required to upload the following additional documents:

- Transcript of Records
- Draft Study Plan

PhD/Post-Doctoral applicants will be required to upload the following additional documents:

- Transcript of Records
- Draft Research Plan
- Letter of Interest from Host Institution

Academic and administrative staff applicants will be required to upload the following additional documents:

- Draft Work Plan
- Invitation Letter from Host Institution
- Letter of Support from Home Insitution

Applicants from Target Group 3 will be required to provide additional proof of their disadvantaged status. Target Group 3 applicants are also not required to adhere to the 12 month requirement.
